The role:

 

Pulman are looking for a Part Time HR & Training Administrator to join the Pulman HR Department on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave.   You will be focused on delivering a fantastic service to the business across our four sites.  Responsibilities for the role include:

 

  • General administration duties
  • Ordering workwear
  • Organising & booking training
  • Compiling monthly reports
  • Recording and monitoring absence records

 

 

You must have strong interpersonal skills and ability to work on own initiative in an organised and timely manner.  As well as this you need to have a professional attitude in dealing with confidential information. Previous experience in a related administration role is strongly desired with the ability to use a range of Microsoft office software such as word and excel.

Part Time – Monday to Friday 9.00am – 1.00pm

Salary – meets national minimum wage

Location - Based at Durham.

The Role:

We are looking for an administrator to join our aftersales department within our flagship Volkswagen site in Durham.  You will provide a excellent administrative support to the Aftersales department and deliver a fantastic customer experience. The role involves:

  • Taking customer calls and actioning requests.
  • Ensuring each customer is contacted following their appointment to ensure they were extremely satisfied.
  • Compiling job cards for the workshop for the next day.
  • Using manufacturers systems to generate service sheets.
  • Undertaking service document filing.
  • Control of work in progress and daily invoicing.
  • Reporting vehicle health check data & Brand information daily.
  • Contacting customers to book in for planned service work.
  • General administrative duties as and when required.
     

You must be able to demonstrate that you can be accurate in your work and complete tasks to a high standard within strict deadlines.  You need to be a self-starter and be able to multi-task and prioritise work load when under pressure, be comfortable to learn new IT systems and highly organised.  In return you will be offered training & development opportunities.

This is a full time role, Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00pm.

The Role:

Focused on delivering a fantastic customer experience this is a vitally important role.

  • To maintain excellent standards of cleanliness and care of all customer and display/demonstrator vehicles.
  • Completing full valets for new and used vehicles.
  • Responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness of vehicles on the pitch.
  • Checking vehicles in on delivery.
  • Ensure the highest level of customer and colleague satisfaction.
  • Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with retailer, manufacturer and industry guidelines.
  • Help the retailer achieve industry-leading standards of process efficiency.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and driven Sales Executive to join our fantastic Pulman Sales team retailing premium Brand vehicles at our flagship Volkswagen Durham and Sunderland sites.  We are looking for an individual who is excited about working with Pulman Volkswagen and the digital showroom revolution.

Package:

OTE earning: £70,000 – unlimited
Basic salary: Excellent
Bonus scheme: Year-end performance related bonus

The Person:

We are looking for:

based in Durham.

Pulman Fleet are looking for an outstanding individual to manage our portfolio of blue chip clients.

You'll build relationships with our contacts at Director Level, explore opportunities for new business, and work in partnership with our brands confidently representing Pulman at key business meetings.

You'll also have a flair and personality for entertaining, ensuring our clients and prospective customers enjoy unique Pulman experiences.

Key features of the role:

Build & retain fantastic relationships with customers and deliver a fantastic customer experience

Manage our key blue chip accounts

Develop existing relationships to maximise business opportunities across all brands
