Pulman Covid-19 Update - November

In light of the latest Government announcement on 31st October, please see below what Pulman Group are doing from Thursday 5th November 2020 when the second lockdown in England begins.

Priority number one is the health and wellbeing of our customers, employees and the community. We are therefore adhering to the advice from the UK Government and are closely monitoring the developments and updates on a regular basis.

From Thursday 5th November 2020 all Pulman branches will be open for your servicing and parts requirements. Our service departments will be open as usual and our parts departments will offer a click and collect service.

Our sales departments will be able to provide a Click and Collect service for both new, used and Motability cars.

Click and collect is available from Pulman for new cars.

How does it work? 

1 – Find your perfect new car
Search though our available new car stock

2 – Book a telephone or live video appointment
Learn more from the comfort of your own home with a live video car showcase appointment or telephone appointment.

3 – Place a holding deposit
You can place a holding deposit by phone or online.

4 – Make a Click and Collect appointment

Prior to arriving all the paperwork, payment and finance options while have been completed. We will handover the keys to your new car in our Click and Collect Zone at one of our showrooms. Social distancing and safety measures are in place.

 

Click and Collect Used Car

Click and collect is available from Pulman for used cars.

How does it work?

2 – Build your deal online
this allows you to create a finance example tailored to you, obtain a valuation for your current car and even complete an online purchase by applying for finance online.  Build you deal at pulmanusedcars.co.uk

3 – Book a telephone or live video appointment

4 – Place a holding deposit

Workshops are open

All Pulman workshops are open for routine servicing, MOT and warranty work by appointment only.

We are still currently offering service customers the ability to book a courtesy car in advance. Unfortunately, at the moment we are not offering any lifts or collect and deliveries.

We are unable at this time to offer showroom waiting appointments.

All customers entering the premises will be required to wear face coverings at all times. Customers will also be asked to log their visit via the log book or the NHS track and trace app on arrival.

 

Parts are available for Click and Collect

Our Parts departments are open for click and collect. Simply contact us via email on parts@pulmangroup.co.uk or contact us via 0800 0720 228 with your parts query.

A member of our parts department will respond and assist further.

We are able serve counter sales at our Parts reception. Customers will be required to wear a mask and log with track and trace on arrival. 

 

Fleet Enquiries

Contract hire for personal and business requirements are available as normal. Please make enquiries online or via telephone. We are unable to take general walk-ins at this time.
