Pulman Covid-19 Update - December

We're ready to welcome customers back!

From Wednesday 2nd December 2020 all Pulman showrooms will re-open to the public for new and used car sales.  You can return to browse our new SEAT, SKODA and Volkswagen range plus we have a huge selection of Approved Used Cars across the Pulman Group.

We are following the Government guidelines to ensure the safety of our staff, customers, and community. All our safety measures remain in place as we continue to operate in a Covid-Secure manner. We respectfully request that customers wear a face-covering whilst in the showrooms in line with the Government guidance.

Service & Parts Department

Our Service & Parts Departments, as they have been during lockdown 2, remain fully open for all your aftersales requirements including routine servicing and MOT's.

We are unable at this time to offer showroom waiting appointments.

All customers entering the premises will be required to wear face coverings at all times. Customers will also be asked to log their visit via the log book or the NHS track and trace app on arrival.

Government requirements:

 It is mandatory for all customers to wear face coverings when entering a Pulman showroom (unless you are exempt for health reasons).

All customer-facing Pulman staff will also be required to wear face coverings at all times.

All Pulman staff working behind the scenes will be required to wear a mask if the 2-metre social distancing cannot be maintained.

All customers who enter a Pulman showroom without an appointment will be required to share their contact details for track and trace. There is a log book at the entrance of every Pulman Showroom or alternatively you can log your visit through the NHS Track and Trace app by scanning the Pulman QR code at the entrance.

We will ask customers to continue social distancing throughout their visit by a minimum of 2-metres.
