In light of the latest Government announcement on Saturday 27th November 2021, face masks or face coverings will once again be mandatory within the Pulman showrooms from Tuesday 30th November (unless you are exempt for health reasons).
Our number one priority is the health and wellbeing of our customers, employees and the community. We are therefore adhering to the advice from the UK Government and are closely monitoring the developments and updates on a regular basis. We thank everyone for your cooperation and support.

Previous COVID-19 Updates: July 2021
From Monday 19th July 2021, the government will lift all remaining legal restrictions on social contact. However, this does not mean that life will be returning to normal. Caution has been urged by the Prime Minister as the number of COVID-19 cases remains high.
Social distancing in customer facing areas will no longer be required. The one way systems will be removed and customers will be able to move around our showrooms freely. All showroom vehicles will be opened for customers to look inside; we’ll still continue to regularly sanitise them.
Further COVID-19 Measures
Pulman Group will continue to sanitise all vehicles, new, used and customer vehicles whilst in the hands of our aftersales teams.
Our test drives will remain unaccompanied with customers being able to choose from a selection of pre-defined routes which typically last between 10 and 15 minutes so you can really get the feel and optimum experience of the car.
If customers would like to book a video appointment with a member of our sales teams, we can offer Zoom, Microsoft Teams or FaceTime options.
Hand Sanitiser Gel
Throughout the branches anti-bacterial gel stations will remain in place alongside complimentary face coverings on request.
Service Department Updates
Our service teams will continue to operate with contactless key drop off areas in our service departments.
When dropping your car off for a service you’ll be required to drop your keys into one of the drop off boxes. Our Service Advisors will sanitise your keys before handing to our Technicians to work on your car. Upon returning to collect your car, your sanitised car keys will be placed in a key drop off box for you to collect. Your paperwork and payment will be taking from a safe distance.
We offer waiting appointments onsite with access to complimentary refreshments, free Wi-Fi and TVs.
If you’re needing a courtesy car while your car is in for its service, we strongly advise booking in advance to avoid disappointment; we have limited courtesy cars at each site.
Unfortunately at this time, we are still unable to offer lift and collection deliveries to and from your home or place of work.
