Behind The Scenes For The CUPRA Ateca & SEAT Leon CUPRA
This month we went behind the scenes for our latest car reviews for the sporty performance CUPRA Ateca and the SEAT Leon CUPRA…
When we organise a behind the scenes review day we will always select two cars to film throughout the day; one in the morning and the other in the afternoon. For this filming day we chose the sporty models from Pulman SEAT; the CUPRA Ateca and the SEAT Leon CUPRA.
CUPRA Ateca
We took the CUPRA Ateca out for filming first in the morning and decided to take the SUV to Herrington Park and the roads around the back of Penshaw Monument near Offerton, as these areas would really showcase the sporty feel of the CUPRA brand. Thankfully the weather stayed dry for us although prediction suggested rain and just as we were finishing up the sun came out! Read a little more below about the CUPRA Ateca.
It really is an SUV where performance meets style, reaching speeds of 60mph in just 5.2 seconds from a 2.0 litre turbocharged 296bhp engine! To look at, the CUPRA Ateca offers a pair of twin exhaust pipes, rear spoiler, dark tinted rear windows, metallic paint as standard and much more!
The CUPRA Ateca really is a fantastic drive and the specification, even on the standard trim, is fully loaded for safety and entertainment. Standard specification includes Smartphone Integration, Air Conditioning, Satellite Navigation, Rear View Camera, DAB Digital Radio and a 360 Degree Surround Camera to name just a few of the features!

SEAT Leon CUPRA
In the afternoon we decided to take the SEAT Leon CUPRA around the Souter Lighthouse in Marsden near Sunderland. We chose this location as our car reviews always try to include well-known landmarks from the areas our sites are based in or around. Unfortunately, the weather predictions caught up with us and we were greeted with rain and wind coming straight from the North Sea! Let’s find out more about the Leon CUPRA below!
The Leon CUPRA really does make heads turn with its high performance look and attractive 19” ‘CUPRA Machined’ alloy wheels along with a uniquely styled front grille and pair of twin exhaust pipes. Step inside and the Leon CUPRA is loaded with technological features as standard which include Satellite Navigation, Full Link Smartphone Integration, Rear View Camera, Front Sports Seats and Suspension, DAB Radio and much more!

We don’t want to give away too much without you watching the full reviews first but don’t worry, the videos are currently being edited and will be available very soon!
