You will have a proven track record for sales from within the motor trade or similar retail background. You must have excellent communication skills coupled with great business acumen and have a strong desire for success. You will be able to multi-task, excellent communication and time-management skills. Be comfortable working with multiple IT systems and to deadlines. You will be team player but above all focused on delivering a fantastic customer experience.
- Provide a fantastic customer experience to achieve customer loyalty
- Sell maximum number of vehicles possible and associated products
- Achieve maximum profitability on sales
- Ensure customer awareness of options, accessories, extended warranty, finance and associated facilities
- Highlighting up-selling opportunities
- Help Retailer to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency
- To be FCA compliant at all times
- Ensure Sales Process is followed at all times
OTE earning: £50,000 (uncapped)
Basic salary: £15,000 - £18,000 (upon qualification)
Training & Development: Training to Brand related standards
Bonus scheme: Year-end performance related bonus
