We are looking for an enthusiastic, positive and driven Sales Executive to join our fantastic Pulman Sales team at Pulman SEAT in Sunderland. We are looking for an individual who is excited about working with Pulman SEAT and the digital showroom revolution.
OTE earning: £50,000 (uncapped)
Basic salary: £15,000 - £18,000 (upon qualification)
Bonus scheme: Year-end performance related bonus

We are looking for:
- Possess excellent communication skills coupled with great business acumen and have a strong desire for success.
- Excellent empathy skills to exceed customer expectations.
- A natural ability in product presentation.
- Confident with the latest digital technology.
- Ability to multi-task and have excellent time-management skills.
- Strong sense of loyalty to develop within Pulman.
- To be a team player and above all focused on delivering a fantastic customer experience.
- You don’t need to be currently working in a sales environment to be considered.
The Sales Executive role consists of:
- Providing a fantastic customer experience. Going above and beyond customer expectations!
- Excellent CRM skills resulting in customers making the right choice.
- Embracing the latest showroom digital technology including personalised videos.
- Help Pulman to achieve industry-leading standards of customer care and process efficiency.
- Ensure Sales processes are followed at all times.
- To be FCA compliant and follow the route to becoming a Band qualified Sales Executive.
