We are very excited to introduce a unique and new role within the Pulman family – the Digital Sales Manager. This is a fantastic opportunity to help shape the Pulman online customer experience and develop a digital sales team.
You will need to transform the Pulman digital visitors into loyal Pulman customers. Creating and sharing your energy, excitement and enthusiasm for all Pulman products and services whilst being at the heart of our company goal of delivering a fantastic customer experience.
We have a cutting edge online development team which is creating a seamless buying process, merging the online and showroom experience. Always thinking, learning and enhancing the customer journey through digital and online channels.
The role will be based in an all new digital showroom in Sunderland. The showroom will not be a traditional car retail experience but instead will embrace innovation.
As our Digital Sales Manager, you must be highly skilled in uncovering customers’ needs and presenting them with their perfect solution via a digital sales process. Whether a customer is visiting our physical showroom in Sunderland or through our online website for that complete purchasing experience.

You will help to recruit and manage your own team of Digital Sales Executives. It is imperative that you lead with drive, passion and enthusiasm, whilst coaching, motivating and mentoring your team to both individual and team success. This will be measured by team and individual productivity as well as overall Pulman digital performance.
The role itself attracts a fantastic basic salary and OTE opportunity with benefits and Group progression for the right person.
OTE £50,000 per annum
Basic salary: £30,000 to £35,000 dependant on experience.
+ Commission & Team Bonus scheme
This role will have flexible working hours (including evenings and weekends) for your team - working from both home and on-site to a deliver a fantastic customer experience.
